Bill Mahomes’ practice concentrates in the areas of public finance, complex real estate transactions and mediation. In addition, Mr. Mahomes has been involved in public infrastructure projects for the past several years and has become extremely familiar with the practical aspects of dealing with public projects and public private partnerships through his service on the Boards of Directors of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the Texas Turnpike Authority and recent legal services in connection with a Senior lien Sales Tex Revenue Bonds issuance for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART).
